Jades All New Dance Workout DVD 'Here it is my new dance workout. It's great fun and it really does work. Since giving birth to my son Bobby, I've managed to drop two dress sizes. We all want to keep fit and look good but it's hard to stick to a boring regime. That's why I asked Pauline Minott to come up with a fun and effective workout that I can do anywhere. Paulette is one of the country's top choreographers and has worked with Victoria Beckham, Mis-teeq and many more. This programme has three sections: a warm-up, the dance routines and a cool-down.
